“I’m very disappointed with my experience at this walk-in clinic. Their posted hours are misleading. I called ahead to confirm that they were accepting walk-ins and informed them I’d be arriving shortly. Despite getting there within 10 minutes, I found the doors locked and nobody responded to my calls after I waited outside for several minutes. It felt like a complete waste of time, especially since I went out of my way to confirm availability beforehand. It’s frustrating and unprofessional for a healthcare provider to turn away patients in need, particularly when they give no notice of being closed or on break. I wouldn’t rely on this place, you’re better off going to a CVS minute clinic than here”
